It all started with a poem… About a fish.

My interest in storytelling began when I was six. I remember sitting under a tree with my grandmother as she helped me write my first poem — a haiku about my fish. As I got older, that spark of creativity grew into a passion for writing, which eventually led me to pursue marketing and communications as a career.

Over the years, I’ve worked for start-ups, tech companies, and marketing agencies, specializing in full-funnel content marketing strategy, writing, SEO, digital public relations, project management, and customer experience.

Having lived in four major cities across two continents, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with clients across a variety of industries, including IT services, SaaS, fintech, food & beverage, tourism, digital creator, and professional services. Regardless of the industry, my goal is always the same: to help businesses grow by crafting impactful, data-driven content that resonates with their audience and drives conversions.

Back in the day, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Communication from Western Carolina University. During my time there, I was part of the Honors College, served as the Vice President of WCU’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter, and helped out with a photoshoot for the marketing department… Which I found out is still being used in the College of Business’ promo materials today. LOL.
